How do Annemarie’s experiences in this section force her to grow up in a way that Ellen is not yet forced to?

    because annemarie grew up with a family so did ellen but she had to stay away from her family for a while nolanc.

    ellen does not have a sister so she is not as responsible as annemarie and ellen has to stay with annemarie so she does not get to see her family and she has to go over to Sweden on annimeries uncles boat.
